Are you a current 3L or a recent law school graduate? Fired up about social justice issues like immigration, LGBTQ rights, and racial justice, and how they intersect with reproductive rights? Looking to get hands on training in state law and policy? Interested in working with Legal Voice staff members for a whole year??
We invite you to submit an application for the Law Students for Reproductive Justice (LSRJ) 2016-17 Reproductive Justice Fellowship Program (RJFP). The RJFP enhances the legal capacity of organizations working to influence law and policy as it relates to reproductive justice and builds a pipeline for future reproductive justice lawyers. One applicant will be selected to be an RJ State Fellow in a joint placement with Legal Voice and Surge NW.
The program runs from the end of August 2016 through August 2017. Application information is available here; applications must be filed online and submitted no later than 5:00 pm PST on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
We are honored to be part of this LSRJ pilot program, and grateful to be working with our allies at Surge NW on this project!
