Curbing Abusive Litigation Practices
Passed the Legislature!

This bill would protect survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by discouraging abusers from using the legal system to continue to harass, intimidate, or control their partners.

Background: Modeled after a Tennessee bill that passed last year that discourages abusers from using the legal system to continue to harass survivors. The bills that will support survivors and curb abusive use of conflict.
