Women, Work, and Family
Lisa M. Stone moderated as we tackled the difficult issues of why we don't have work/life balance in our lives, what it would look like if we did and what needs to happen to make that a reality.  We were joined by Pamela Dunn, a Board Member of the Welfare Rights Organizing Coalition.

The "A" Word
The first in our salon series, and grew from a connection with ACT Theater and their production of "Mitzi's Abortion", a play inspired by a Law Center case (Doe v. United States, 2002).  We discussed the "a-word" and the role of art and entertainment in shaping opinion.  The discussion was moderated by Lisa Stone, and we were joined by the playwright Linda Heffron, ACT artistic director Kurt Beattie, and Reverend Anne Holmes Redding.

Women's rights. Nothing less.
